In the last few years, the barbering industry has boomed and the $10 hairdressers are no longer sufficient to meet the personal or professional needs of men. The demand for clean fades, cutthroat precision & attention to detail, is now trusted to experienced professional barbers. Barbers who are passionate about their craft, and understand the needs and wants during the grooming procedures of a modern gentleman.

I am always looking for new ways to improve my skills & broaden my knowledge, not only as a Barber, but for my own personal growth in life. Whether I'm inspired by photos on social media or by simply talking to my customers, I'm always up for a challenge and never afraid to try something new.

STANDARD HAIRCUT

Whether you're getting the sides blended with the clippers or the traditional scissor cut, a standard haircut is catered to the individual. The most common example would be No. 2 on the sides and back, blending a shorter length from the sideburns, around the ears and the bottom of the hairline at the back, known as a Taper Fade. Scissor trim on top, with the option of using Texturising/Thinning scissors for reduced volume. The edges of the hairline are carefully lined up with trimmers, following a hot towel and  finalised with a cutthroat finish... Raising the standard, on the standard haircut.

SKIN FADE

Also referred to as a Razor Fade or Bald Fade, this is the style that some inexperienced barbers & hairdressers pray that you never ask for. One of the most detailed and time consuming styles to achieve (depending on the hair type) a Skin Fade is any haircut that blends to skin on the sides. This fade should be seamless and should not have any lines. I recommend this haircut because it lasts the longest, for those of you who cannot make it to the barbershop regularly. Achieved by using a cutthroat razor against the grain of the hair, after a hot towel is placed onto the head to soften the scalp.  As a razor fade specialist I offer many variations of this particular style including high, mid and low.

HEAD SHAVE / FACE SHAVE

For most men, shaving is nothing more than a tiresome part of their morning routine. If you have never experienced a barbers shave, you are simply missing out. This delicate procedure starts with a scented hot towel placed over the face/head to soften the skin and relax the hair follicles. Using a shaving brush, a quality shaving cream is then generously lathered in a circular motion, exfoliating the skin and minimising the risk of irritation or razor bumps. The cutthroat razor will then smoothly and effortlessly glide across the surface, followed by after shave to keep the skin healthy. One of the most recognisable services associated with Barbers, a head shave/face shave is a luxury experience not to be underestimated.

BEARD TRIM/TIDY UP

If you're sick and tired of shaving and you want to grow out your beard for a change, then you need your barber to keep it maintained. It doesn't matter if you've got a little bum fluff or homeless mans beard, experience the difference of cutthroat precision. This service also includes fading your beard from the side burns to your chosen length (including skin). Similar to the process of a head shave/beard shave, a hot towel is applied first, followed by oil/moisturiser, then using the accuracy provided from a cutthroat blade, your facial hair is carefully shaped accordingly to the individuals head shape and jaw structure.

HAIR DESIGNS

Mandala, tribal, logos, geometrical or writing; whatever idea you have in your mind, i can create. Always popular for school holidays or sporting events, hair designs have become a lot more popular in contemporary society.

Leo's passion for barbering is best demonstrated through the quality of his haircuts, if you haven't had a cut from Leo, you have never had a good cut.
